1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the request within this window by contacting us at support@thegreatproject.com.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Unopened / Unused Items

Items that are unopened and unused, in their original packaging with all seals intact, may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Opened / Used Items

EMS Devices & Wellness Hardware — 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee applies. If not satisfied for any reason within 30 days, full refund, no hassle, no fine print.
Dietary Supplements — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund — no hassle, no fine print.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items purchased as part of a final-sale or clearance promotion (where noted at checkout)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@thegreatproject.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Do not ship items back without an RMA — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely and ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change-of-mind returns (unopened items): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item or variant, please return the original item (if eligible under this policy) and place a new order at your convenience.

7. EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the unconditional right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason whatsoever. This right applies regardless of whether the item has been opened or used, except for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing at support@thegreatproject.com before the 14-day period expires. Upon a valid withdrawal notice, we will refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your notice or the returned goods (whichever is later). You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

8. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and, where possible, photographic evidence of the damage. We will liaise with the carrier and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

PayPal Dispute Resolution

For purchases made through PayPal, customers may also submit disputes through PayPal's Resolution Center (paypal.com/disputes) within 180 days of the transaction date. We will respond to all PayPal dispute requests promptly. If the dispute is found to be valid, we will issue a refund through PayPal directly.

We encourage you to contact us at support@thegreatproject.com before filing a PayPal dispute — we resolve the vast majority of billing concerns within 2 business days without formal escalation.
