This Subscription Policy outlines the terms governing recurring subscription purchases made through thegreatproject.com, operated by EY Digital Brands LLC (The Great Project). By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms set forth below.
FTC Click-to-Cancel Compliance: In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Click-to-Cancel requirements, we make it as easy to cancel your subscription as it was to sign up. You can cancel at any time through your account portal without needing to call, speak to a representative, or complete any additional steps beyond your cancellation request.

1. Available Subscription Plans
We offer flexible subscription options designed to fit your lifestyle and budget:
- Monthly Subscription: Charged every 30 days. Ideal for customers who prefer flexibility.
Available subscription plans and pricing are displayed on each eligible product page. Subscription pricing may differ from one-time purchase pricing.
2. Billing Cycles and Pricing
Your first charge occurs at the time you place your initial subscription order. Subsequent charges occur automatically at the end of each billing cycle (30 days). You will continue to be billed at your subscription rate until you cancel.
All subscription prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
3. Recurring Billing Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize EY Digital Brands LLC to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the agreed interval and price, without requiring additional approval for each charge. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription.
Your payment information is stored securely by our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Airwallex) in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
4. Pre-Charge Notification
We will send you an email notification at least 3 days before each scheduled recurring charge. This notification will include:
- The billing date and amount
- The products included in the upcoming shipment
- Instructions to modify, pause, or cancel before the charge is processed
It is your responsibility to keep your email address current in your account settings to ensure you receive these notifications.
5. Subscription Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 14 days before the new price takes effect, via email to the address associated with your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue at the new rate. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty, as long as you cancel before your next billing date. There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee.
Self-Service Cancellation (Recommended)
- Log in to your account at thegreatproject.com.
- Navigate to Account → Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Subscription."
- Confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
Cancel via Email
Email us at support@thegreatproject.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription — [Your Order Number]" and your registered email address. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and confirm via email. Please submit your request before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will, however, retain access to any products already shipped and paid for. Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for any previously processed orders.
7. Pausing Your Subscription
If you need a break but do not wish to cancel entirely, you may be able to pause your subscription for a period of time through your account portal. Contact us at support@thegreatproject.com if you need assistance pausing your subscription. Availability of the pause feature may vary by product.
8. Failed Payments
If a scheduled subscription payment fails, we will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times over a 7-day period. If all retry attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription will be suspended and you will be notified by email to update your payment information.
To avoid interruption, please ensure your payment method remains valid and that your billing information is up to date in your account portal.
9. Refunds for Subscription Orders
Refunds for subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We do not issue refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed and for which the corresponding order has been shipped, except in cases covered by that Policy (defective items, damage in transit, etc.).
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@thegreatproject.com within 7 days of the charge date and we will investigate promptly.
10. Modifying Your Subscription
You may be able to modify your subscription (such as changing the product quantity, flavor, or billing frequency) through your account portal. To make a change that is not available self-service, email us at support@thegreatproject.com. Modifications requested after a billing cycle has begun may not take effect until the next cycle.
