Are your supplements safe?
Yes. Our supplements are formulated with research-backed ingredients and manufactured in GMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities in the USA. As with any supplement, consult your healthcare provider before use if you have a medical condition or take medications.
Are your devices safe to use?
All TGP™ devices are tested to relevant safety standards. Follow all included instructions. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Orders & Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options for US orders:
- Free Tracked Shipping — Delivered in 7–12 business days at no cost
- Priority Shipping — Delivered in 5–8 business days for $9.99
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we primarily serve US customers. Contact us at support@thegreatproject.com for international shipping inquiries.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
Contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at support@thegreatproject.com and we'll make it right.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused items in original packaging. Supplements that have been opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
