Billing Terms

When you place an order with TGP™ (The Great Project), your credit card or payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.

Billing Descriptor

Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement under one of the following descriptors:

• THE GREAT PROJECT
• TGP
• EY DIGITAL BRANDS LLC

If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing with your bank — we can resolve most issues quickly.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as other payment methods available at checkout.

Subscription Billing

If you have enrolled in a subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
